Liesl and Louise have taken a service from the Jewish Tradition, modified it to make it most understandable by UU's, and brought it to the LIma Fellowship.
This service is at once a celebration of the new life which Spring brings, a tribute to the natural world, in its April-May manifestation......
And an affirmation of the strong Spring-Force which revivifies us all, whether Buddhist, Muslim, god-less or god-filled, animist or wiccan, if we are animate, it seems that April and May seem to fill us with Joy and Wonder, no matter what our calling or creed.......
This service is a Feast, with a great variety of culinary treats, a hands-on celebration, in which you will be called on to sing, read, imagine, and participate in Connie Hornung's wonderful dance and sing renditions of Jewish Folk Hymns.
If you prefer a customary, conservative service, non-participative....
....where you are instructed what to think, feel, and believe....
