We met on Friday because no one could make it on Saturday morning.
Bylaws--Aimee couldn’t make it the meeting, but she emailed her acceptance of the bylaws to everyone.
MD found some discrepancies in the bylaws because of working on it in sections over a period of months. Also MD thought section 4.6.2 is too harsh, and he wanted to add "without cause"–passed. Also the underlined words on the last page should be deleted the next time the bylaws are modified.
We voted on the bylaws as amended, and they passed unanimously. Four copies were signed by Adaline as acting president and me as acting secretary. MD will make copies and distribute them to all members, either by email or by regular mail.
Officers--At the next meeting we will elect officers. Robin will call everyone to remind them.
Orders--United changed our order date but neglected to tell us, which is why our order got deleted last month, and we had to re-send and re-schedule. At this point, Adaline isn’t sure of our order date, but she will send our order in to United and hope for the best. We don’t know if it will go through, but we should know by early next week. As soon as Adaline knows what our new order and delivery dates are, she will let us know.
Since we’re unsure of our order date, we’re also unsure of our next meeting date. Adaline will tell us what the new meeting date is, too.
